Transforming a patient experience from paper to pixel

This was truly a career-changing project. When we started working with St Jude, their patient experience was entirely a paper process. As the creative director on this app I drove the initial human-centered design discovery and provided design oversight of the mobile app. Not only did this project have an impact on St Jude, it also won two Webby awards.
